Luke AKA “Roasst” has owned two real estate firms and been a real estate broker for nearly 10 years. Since 2018, he has been originating bridge, fix/flip and long term rental loans for real estate investors and has closed $7MM of these loan types in the last 12 months. He has a degree in applied technology and, formerly, integrated affiliate modules into online shopping carts for retail internet sales. Now, Luke uses integrated technology to communicate effectively and clearly with clients and enhance the borrower experience with the most advance applications.
